These rod ends from Midwest Control Products Corp are a great way to add strength, reliability, and flexibility to any situation that requires use of a rod end such as in suspension or steering applications. The -12 series utilizes a high strength Chromoly body with a polished chrome finish sure to impress. The ball is made from heat treated bearing steel for strength and hard chrome polished for a smooth surface. The race is injection molded nylon which keeps the joint quiet and tight for years and years of usability.

4 LINK BRACKET KIT

This kit includes one 7/8" -14tpi Chromoly rod end with 3/4" bore, one jam nut, one wrench flat tube adapter for 1.0 ID -1.5 OD tubing, and two stainless steel 9/16"-3/4" WIDE high misalignment spacers. The mounting width with the spacer is 2.63" with a 9/16" hole. This is great for builder on a budget. This panhard mount is for use with any 3-link or 4-link scenario. Designed for joints that have a 1.75" mounting width such as 3/4" and 7/8"x3/4" rod ends with high misalignment spacers. It offer three holes at 2, 3.25, and 4.5 inches drop from frame to allow you to fine tune your suspension.

Whether you just need to re-enforce your knuckle or want to run your tie rod in double sheer, this kit is designed with to fit multiple different steering configurations. The Knuckle Bolt Kit includes one 3/4" grade 8 bolt, one 3/4" all- steel mechanical locking nut, and one 1.25" outer diameter, .250" wall sleeve . Two kits will need to be purchased for a pair of high steer arms. This kit will require cutting the sleeve in half to run heim in double sheer. Artec Industries is excited to announce the JK ONE TON Axle Swap Kit for front Dana 60 axles. This heavy duty truss and bracket system is designed to take serious abuse and reinforce your entire axle while also providing the factory link, spring, anti-sway bar, and shock locations. The 1/4" thick truss incorporates a unique design to strengthen both the axle and incorporate the link brackets for ease of installation and added strength. By incorporating the link mounts into the truss, hours of work and trial and error can be avoided when compared to other bracket systems. Simply tack weld the truss together, place it on the axle and all the other brackets fit into place exactly where they need to be. The Front Dana 60 that works with this kit is from Ford 3/4 and 1 ton trucks from model years 85-91.5 (Kingpin) and 92-97 (Balljoint). This truss is not intended for older axles due to different differential offsets or newer Superduty axles (kit currently in R&D). The easiest way to identify if the axle will work with this kit is if the axle has 3.0" of driver side axle tube and 24.5" of passenger side axle tube. Please ensure it is a Dana 60 because these model years also had Dana 44 available. Due to the larger casting on the Dana 60 differential, the Lower Control Arm (LCA) brackets are wider than factory location. Modifications to your Lower Control Arms will likely be necessary. If you have adjustable arms with flexible style joints (heims, Johnny Joints, etc), modifications may not be necessary. Upper Control Arm (UCA) brackets are also slightly higher than factory so adjustable arms may be necessary. Dana 60 axles DO NOT MATCH the factory JK 5 lug wheel bolt pattern. New wheels will need to be purchased to do this swap. Brake and Steering components NOT INCLUDED in this product, but will be available soon. This will likely require bumpstop extensions and a new tracbar since the steering is different on this axle from factory axle. The tracbar bracket is higher than stock location to allow proper steering geometry. A Kingpin axle is recommended for this purpose since high steer arms can be used.

These heavy duty skids are designed to take serious abuse and reinforce your front Dana 30 or Dana 44 JK axle lower control arm brackets. The 1/4" thick precision cut and formed components of this setup outperform the competition. Please note this requires welding and general fabrication and its recommended to remove the upper ball joint prior to welding. Some grinding and fitment may be required when installing this kit. Every axle varies slightly and some fabrication may be required.

Their proprietary process of stamping their logo not only adds an additional element of style not seen in the industry but also increases the rigidity of the whole inner fender. Note: While all precautions are made to ensure the aluminum surface is protected, small scratches from either the raw material from the factory, the manufacturing process, or the shipping process may be present in this unfinished product. They recommend you finish this product with either painting, powder coating or another similar process and prepare the surface prior to finishing as you would normally to remove any minor blemishes. Mounts to OEM holes on sub frame plus additional holes to be drilled. See instructions for hole locations to determine if modification will be necessary to install with aftermarket fenders. While aluminum is corrosion resistant, it is recommended to have some type of coating for long term corrosion protection.

JK 1 TON - APEX REAR

Did you know that Superduty Unit Bearings can be taken apart and a new tone ring can be installed? Of course you didn't because until now, nobody knew. Artec Industries again leading the way in 1 ton axle swaps, brings you an easier way to make you JK ABS computer happy. Using our Unit Bearing tool (sold separately), you can take apart the Unit Bearing, remove the factory 60 tooth ring and install this 52 tooth ring. Then assemble the unit bearing again and bolt it up the factory knuckle. The only difference is now you'll use the Dodge 2500 ABS front sensor instead of the factory Ford sensor.

With Artec Industries brackets, we want to introduce a better looking product that has that custom one-off look and solve some of the issues that have plagued some of the generic brackets on the market, thus making them function better. Some common features that you'll see among our new brackets are: better access to grease fittings, bottom protection of the joint on lower link brackets, designs that make the bracket look like it was designed to be there from the beginning rather than just a piece of metal slapped on later, etc. Here are some of the highlights for this particular bracket that set it apart from all the others. •2.625" mounting width with 9/16" bolt hole for common sized Cartridge Joints (Johnny, Flex, Ballistic, etc). Can be drilled out to larger hole size for 1.25" rod ends with spacers. •Made from 1/4" thick boxed steel plate for strength and impact resistance. •Grease fitting access on top to allow easy maintenance of your most abused joint. •Skid plate of bottom of bracket wraps around joint protecting it from direct impact and decreases premature wear on the joint. This leads to longer life and less replacements. Skid plate design does not restrict movement of joint. •The style of the bracket gives a unique, custom one-off look you'd get with a high dollar fabrication shop. No more brackets that look like modified pieces of angle iron or c-channel, but rather formed pieces of artwork to show off.
